Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

They were super busy, and their card machines were down/slow, the staff tried to keep up, but their preorder arrangement was a mess. Waited 25 minutes to get my pickup order. It was quicker to not preorder. It owners need to review their process

We USED TO go to Pappa Murphy's every Tuesday. Loved their pizza! We don't go anymore. They closed the 2 stores that were close to us East Lake Street and East 66th Street in Richfield. This may not be an appropriate place to voice my complaint but I could not find a corporate site to communicate with. Please pass this along to upper management.

We followed the instructions to the letter on how to make the pizzas in our oven. Both pizzas burned on the bottom, the cardboard tray on both pieces were completely burnt. One pizza was totally in edible. we had not even gotten to the complete cooking time and smoke was billowing out of the oven. Very dissatisfied.

Great experience with this Papa Murphys, the nice lady who grabbed my take out order went over each individual customized ingredient on my receipt and physically looked at the pizza and made sure it was made correct! Best experience with a papa murphys so far!

We always get pizza from here its easy location, food is good, staff is friendly and helpful. Its a take so can't really judge atmosphere other then always appears clean.
